Federal tax forms and instructions are now available for pickup at the 5th Avenue doors of the library. This box contains the white booklet of standard forms and instruction booklets. The box will be placed outside the doors during any hours that the library is open for curbside pickup (Mon-Wed from 10am-6pm, Thurs 10am-8pm, Sat 10am-2pm).
The forms booklet includes the 1040, 1040-SR, Schedule 1, 2, 3 and LEP.
