Individuals, groups and non-commercial organizations can showcase materials temporarily in designated locked display cases within the library entry corridor. The library makes these display cases available for the public display of government, civic, cultural exhibits, or educational materials.
An applicant may request to use of up to three of the display cases. Submission of a request does not guarantee use of the space. A confirmation email will be sent.
Please read the Display Space Policy (rev.05/2024) prior to filling out the request form.
Requests to use display space may be made up to six months in advance. Requests must be made through the display case request form found below.
Display case A & B: Each case is 40 inches wide, 77 inches tall, and 8.5 inches deep.
Display case small a and small b: Each case measures 40 inches wide, 25 inches tall, and 8.5 inches deep.
Display cases C, D and E: Each measures 33 inches wide, 77 inches tall and 8.5 inches deep.
