Festival of Trees Entry Form

Yes. Please have the Friends provide a tree and we will bring the lights and decorations.
No. We will provide everything ourselves.

NOTE: Most FDCL provided trees are 5-6 feet tall with no lights.

What else can you tell us about your entry? For example, are you are creating a tree structure out of something, what is it and how large will it be? Is your entry something that should be placed on top of a table or shelf top? Please share anything you would like us to know as we are planning for locations in the library.

NOTE: We plan the placement in advance, largely based on who needs to be close to power outlets. Changes in your power needs may require your location be moved when you come for setup.
