Preservation Station Tech Tools

The Preservation Station Tech Tools includes a flatbed scanner that can scan photographs, slides, and negatives. There is also a document camera and a book scanner, equipment that can be used to digitize or create videos of print materials. There are also two items for working with audio recordings. A digital recorder can be used to make digital recordings, for example a conversation with a loved one, that is saved as an mp3 file. There is also a Cassette Capture device that will digitize old audiocassette recordings. A portable video projector is also available and can be used to project digital files from a computer or mobile device.
