This fall, Ballet Des Moines is partnering with the Iowa Library Association and Des Moines Public Library to launch a Community Ticketing Program!
If you’re 7 years or older and have a library card (or DMPS student ID for grades 7–12), you can claim one free ticket to each of Ballet Des Moines’ four productions during the 2025–26 season. That’s up to four nights of world-class ballet—completely free!
Tickets (about 1,000 per show) will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at the venue box office during special time periods before each performance.
Present your library card at the performance box office, select your seat and leave with either a paper or electronic ticket. Both the Hoyt Sherman Place and Civic Center box offices are open Monday through Friday, 10am to 5pm. For additional information, please contact the venues directly:
Hoyt Sherman Place: (515) 244-0507
