The library was excited to host to a program entitled “J.B. Grinnell and Journeys of Freedom”. The first part of the program featured a talk by Jon Andelson, Grinnell College Professor of Anthropology, on J.B. Grinnell and what motivated him. The second part was a one-act play by authors Patricia and Kevin Kimle featuring characters from their new novel, “The Only Free Road: An Underground Railroad Saga Unveiled”. We were able to create a video of the program that is now available for viewing.
